Resolved that the Nine Members be sent for to take their Seats this Day and that all Publick papers and money now in hands of this board be Delivered up to them also the Proceedings of this board

It appears that the sum of thirty nine pound 5/8 public money is yet in the hands of this board which is to be Delivered up to the New Committee also the sum of one hundred and twenty Eight pounds 2/6 which is Donation money Collected for the poor of Boston and not yet sent them by request of Several persons requesting it might remain here which said money is also to be put in the hands of the New Committee

On Motion made Resolved that Rinier Minderse is appointed to be Chairman & Dirk Van Ingan Clerk

On motion made Resolved that John Cuyler & Jecobus Teller is appointed to be a Sub Committee from this board to attend a General meeting of the County Committee at Albany the 4th Inst.

On motion made Resolved that an Entry be made in the Clarks book of Every meeting of the Committee the Names of the Members pressent and the bussiness transacted and that the Same be Red before the Members Leave the board. Received by Rinier Minderse Chairman of this Committee the following Sumes of Money from Abraham Fundau Chairman of the Late Committee Viz one hundred & twenty Eight pounds two Shillings & Six pence being money Colected by a former Committee from the Inhabitents of this District for the relefe of the poor Inhabitents of the City of Boston, Also the Sum of thirty Nine pounds five Shillings & Eight pence publick money belonging to this District. William Martin appeared befor this board and desired a Certifycat to John Duncan that the board relesed him from the bale he gave for Said Martins appearance. Having taken Said Martins Request into Consideration Resolved that Said Martin Appear before this Committee on Seterday Next to receve their answer

Mr Church a Gentleman of Conecticut Complained to this board that things stolen from him were found in the possession of Gerrit Bradt the board being informed by one of our Members that Isaac Vrooman Esqr. had Excepted to Continue in the Office of a Magistrate thereupon Resolved that said Mr Church be recommended by a letter from this board to Sd Isaac Vrooman Esqr. Which was done Accordg

Our subcommittee send the 4h Instant to attend upon the General Committee at Albany, returned and informed this board that two of the Members of Albany and two of our Members were (by a Resolution of the County Board) to go to tryon County in order to consult with the Inhabitans there for Electing a Governor, Lieutenant Governor & Senator Resolved thereupon that Messrs Jacobus Teller & John Cuyler be a Subcommittee to go there.

William Martin According to Appointment of the Second Day of June did Appear before this board and take the Oath of Allegiance prescribed in a Declaration or Ordinance of the Convention of this state passed May the 10th 1777.

On motion made resolved that James Willson & Dirk Van Ingen [Crossed out] be a subcommittee to Attend the General Committee at Albany on Wednesday the 18 Instant

Mr. Robbert Clinch Applied for license to keep an inn Resolved thereupon that Mr. Robbert Clinch pay the Sum of three Dollors and be licened till the first of October

On motion made Resolved that the Chairman Sent notice to the several overseers of the roads to repair the Highways in this District

John Stuard Entred a Complaint in this board against Arent Vedder Concerning a bargain of a Cow. On Motion made resolved that sd Stuard be Examined Whether he is a friend of the America states or not and be tended the Oath of Allegiance on his Appearing he said he would not Swear against the king Resolved thereupon that said Stuard is not intitled to the protection of this Country

On Motion made resolved that any member of this board who doth not attend at the Chamber in fifteen minutes after the Appointed time if due notice be given him Shall forfeit the sum of one Shilling and four pence to the Chaiman for the Use of this board

The Donation Money Collected for the use of the poor of Boston is now in the hands of this board and we taking into Consider the Scarcity of Salt are of Opinion that by sending the Same done to Boston in Salt Some profit would arise therefrom which if laid out for Salt might be verry Servicable for the poor of this District on Motion made resolved that a Number of Waggons be hired to Carry flour to Boston with Some able person to transact for us and after Selling Said flour to Deliver the Sum of one hundred and twenty Eight pounds two Shillings and Six pence (Excepting the Sum of            which we Shall be Oblidged to pay to the person that transact for us)
