At a meeting of the freeholders and Inhabitants of the township of Schenectady the 15th day of June 1779 the following persons were Chosen by a plurality of votes as a committee to represent them in General Committee Viz.
John Cuyler, John B. Vrooman and Lancaster Conner.
In consequence of a resolution of the General Committee at Albany dated the 18th Istant recommending to the Inhabitants of the Different Districts to Elect as many persons as they shall think proper to represent them in General Committee and to enforce the due observance of the Resolves of the General and this Committee, Resolved that the Inhabitants of this district do meet on the 24th of this Instant at 9 0'Clock in the morning at the house of John B. Vrooman to elect six of the Inhabitants in addition to those already chosen for the above purposes.
At a meeting of the freeholders and inhabitants of this district the following persons were chosen Viz.

On motion made, Resolved that the appointing of a Chairman be post poned till the next meeting.
On motion made Resolved that James Shuter and Myndert Wemple do attend upon the General Committee at Albany to-morrow.
