Resolved that John Roosboom & Henry V Dressen must go & tend the County Committee at Albany Tomorow

Also Resolved that John Babtist V Vorst be Appointed a ferrey below the Town of Schenectady & that he is to Tend said ferry at all Tims if he thinks that he Can Croass the River & further that he must be Reasonable in his Charging the People & Also On account of An Allerm to give punctual Aten[tion]

By Virtue of A resolve before us of the Provincial Congress Concerning those People who Are under a parole; & Ord[ered] them to Appear before the Commissioners at fishkill by Name Alexander Camble Major Snell William Duncane Joseph Kinsleys & Ordered them to go & Wait on the Commissioners their Appointed.

Resolved that by a Presedent of the County Committee this Committee Shall take an Oath not to Discove[r] their Proceedings in regard to Disaffected persons that is to say if there happens to be any difference in opinion not to Disclose the same but it Shall always appear as if this Committee are unanimous in opinion about Such matters

Mr John Duncan appeared before this board requested us to send a Letter to the Commissinoers at fish Kill [illegible] of his Case as he is of opinion that he is not Comprehenden in the Late Resolve of Congress altho now under perole with us, which said request being [ta]ken in Consideration Mr Vrooman assured the [boa]rd that the Chairman of the County Comm[ittee] [        ] him there was no proof against said Duncan and the Suspetion he was sent away for by said Committee the said Duncan had by his affidavit prooved to be groundless and thereupon resolved that the following Letter be sent to the Commissioners

At an Ellection held the first tuesday in April by Virtue of a Resolve of the Convention of this State for Electing and Chusing Publick officers to serve as usual for the lnsuing year the following persons were accordingly Chosen by a Majority of Votes Viz
